A clinic only needs to pay for the patients activated for RTM, not all the patients in a clinic’s HENO account. A clinic must take action to activate the patients, so clinics will know how many patients are enrolled for RTM at all times as this information is readily available in HENO’s RTM reports.

In 2021 Medicare authorized remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) of patients. Now, PTs and OTs can assign Home Exercises to Patients, and empower patients to login and track their reps and sets.
